KFMB Membership Registration process
Thank you so much for the interest to join us in KFMB.
In brief, KFMB is a membership organization for all contractors in Kenya. We are the largest in terms of membership and influence in the industry. We engage in capacity building and advocacy for our members in individual and collective level.
Among our milestones include:
- We pushed the NCA Act,
- We have engaged and agreed with construction workers on a collective bargaining agreement.
- We have negotiated with the directorate of public works to clear all the pending payments before awarding new contracts
- The negotiation is ongoing with county and national government to address the issues of nonpayment and flawed procurement
- We have secured a credit line for contractors through Master Builders Sacco
The benefits to contractors are many when you become our member which include a platform to exchange challenges and solutions facing each contractor and we look to help you transform your business to the next level
To join, kindly find the attached form for details on payment. New members pay Ksh. 8000. This involves issuant of 2 Certificate i.e. Membership which is paid for Kshs.3000 and Compliance Certificate which is paid for Ksh. 5000 for the same year making a total of Ksh.8000. We also charge Ksh. 5000 for Annual Membership Compliance/renewal.
You are also required to provide the following copies:
- Incorporation Certificate
- Company Registration Certificate
- Tax compliance Certificate
- KRA Pin Certificate
- CR12/YAPGO/Brief profile of your company to be sent in soft to the following Email: info@kenyafederationofmasterbuilders.org
